Established Creative Marketing Communications Agency is looking for a proactive, experienced New Business Developer to build on their success to date. They have a number of long term multinational and blue-chip clients but are looking to widen these contacts with new business. The successful person will have previous sales experience with in a similar creative environment and obviously a proven sales track record. There is a basic salary of £25k with an uncapped commission structure

Today is a good day!
It's only by 0.1% but it's a good start to 2010, after six quarters of downturn.
Last week the unemployment figures fell for the first time in 18 months.
I'm sure it's going to be a slow climb but we need to celebrate the positive news!

Lead Designer

Lead Designer responsible for design and artwork of DM, point of sale, adverts, leaflets, online, email and graphics for retail marketing communications material - in line with brand identity, brief and deadline. To develop concepts and creative designs on key campaigns and produce artwork to print ready standard and provide correct digital formats for external suppliers. Ability to present creative and concept work to Marketing Director and team. Lead Designer will be required to work in collaboration with other lead designer. Liaise with marketing manager, studio manager, online manager and key internal staff in order to manage projects, production and workflow effectively. Previous work experience of DM, Print, Online and Email experience is essential ideally within the retail sector.

You will also be responsible for negotiating with printers. Schedule, specify and manage print jobs to ensure that all printed materials are produced according to the design specification, corporate branding guidelines and production standards. This role is very busy with changing deadlines. As well as demonstrating a high standard of creative design, the candidate must be extremely organized, with a very high attention to detail and excellent communications skills. To be successful in this role you will need to following a minimum of 3 years experience in graphics design. Proven technical experience in graphic design, and expert knowledge of Creative Suite 3 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and QuarkXPress. Business Development/Account Manager
