Lead Designer responsible for design and artwork of DM, point of sale, adverts, leaflets, online, email and graphics for retail marketing communications material - in line with brand identity, brief and deadline. To develop concepts and creative designs on key campaigns and produce artwork to print ready standard and provide correct digital formats for external suppliers. Ability to present creative and concept work to Marketing Director and team. Lead Designer will be required to work in collaboration with other lead designer. Liaise with marketing manager, studio manager, online manager and key internal staff in order to manage projects, production and workflow effectively. Previous work experience of DM, Print, Online and Email experience is essential ideally within the retail sector.
