An experienced inspiring and motivating Head of Design required for a Warwickshire based integrated marketing communications agency, with varied big brand client base. You will be a Designer with previous studio management experience, in an advertising or marketing communications agency. An enthusiastic person, who leads by example, with an excellent varied portfolio, showing a strong empathy for design and typography, with the ability to inspire that in others. You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of systems and processes, with relation to print and the ability to direct web designers when necessary. The role will involve heading up the design team, managing the design resource, including quality, within agreed budgets and time frames. You will contribute to creative strategies and briefs, to present to clients, liaise with suppliers, projecting a professional and well-organised image.
