The main purpose of the Editorial Account Manager is to manage key publication accounts for a successful communications agency. This will include regular client liaison, copywriting and working with the design team. Previous journalism and client/account management experience is essential. The role entails the day to day running of key publications accounts, general account management, client liaison, research and writing of editorial material.

Skills required

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

Strong interpersonal and client liaison skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Basic knowledge of the print production business

Basic knowledge of design packages –InDesign and Photoshop would be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of photography

A willingness to work additional hours to meet deadline
