An exceptional multi-skilled Office Manager is required for an award winning full service marketing communications agency. They are looking for someone who can oversee their busy office, bringing a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work. As a key part of the company you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the office along with maintaining the HR functions - and act as back up for the office accounts, so experience in both of these areas would be a beneficial. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for providing administration support to a small team; duties include diary management, organising meetings and daily correspondence. Having experience in a similar role you must be very computer literate working confidently and accurately in word, excel and be able to pick the internal agency systems quickly. Your communication, organisational and administration skills will be excellent and you will relish working in an interesting fast moving creative environment.
