A team player with around 3 years background in marketing and / or incentives, who is looking for a new challenge, will thrive in this demanding role. The candidate will need to be a creative-thinker, able to identify opportunities that exist to alter, adjust or adapt the company formats to suit particular groups. The ability to enthuse and simultaneously co ordinate a number of campaigns, whilst working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, ensuring attention to detail is maintained, deadlines are met and that the campaign fulfils its aims. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills. You will liaise with clients and account managers to ascertain precise requirements creating, implementing and monitoring incentive campaigns. Obtaining quotations for development work, also preparing full campaign proposal and costings. General administration duties will include spreadsheet management, managing specified budgets and costs. You will obviously have excellent inter personal, communication and influencing skills at all levels.
