Full integrated agency is looking for a Production Manager or Executive who will manage all aspects of the sourcing, negotiating, and costings for projects across Print, Digital, POS, Press and Promotions activity.
Required Skill set and Experience
Credible experience of agency processes and systems, working in a fast throughput, busy environment.
Preferably a through the line background
Retail knowledge an advantage
Commercially astute, with thorough understanding of balancing agency workload pressures, with the need for cost control
Creative empathy & appreciation of quality standards and the creative ‘need’ to always aim for perfection.
Experienced in running and managing a production, art working studio and repro team
Technical experience to include Art working software packages (e.g. In Design, Photoshop) as well as asset management systems and reprographic software
