Award winning established integrated creative communications agency are looking for a Web Developer & Facebook specialist, with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing dynamic web sites and web applications to join their expanding Digital Team, who has a passion for all things digital including Facebook and mobile apps. Work with a team of web designers and online marketing professionals to design, build, deploy and maintain commercial and ecommerce websites, web applications and Facebook apps. Act as a resource at developing, analysing and interpreting complex system requirements or web-based applications. Perform troubleshooting and programming analysis of system issues, including identification and resolution of security related events

5+ years hands-on production programming and development experience with Coldfusion MX, PHP, jQuery/JavaScript, Facebook platform and Facebook API required

Minimum of 4+ years of architecture experience developing ecommerce web sites and web applications

Strong HTML, CSS, XHTML and XML skills

Familiarity with browser compatibility issues and fixes

Experience with APIintegration (Twitter, OAuth, Flickr, YouTube) and mobile web apps a plus

Experience with object oriented and procedural programming methodologies and frameworks

Understanding of coding methods, best practice and full software development life cycle

Knowledge of source control such as Subversion

Excellent organisational skills, ability to tightly manage time and project responsibilities and able to work on multiple projects at one time

Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to thrive working in a fast development team and working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
