
Consumer Communications Co-ordinator
(12 month fixed term contract)

Working for Cadbury the purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently assist to deliver the companies interactive strategy for the UK & Irish brand teams. You will assist by supporting the development and delivery of communications for brand websites and digital network, with a particular focus on their effectiveness as a brand-marketing tool. With the brand teams you will develop brand relationships with consumers through the development of direct e-communications.
A key objective for this role will be to advise on the developing strategies of communication to the Cadbury consumer email database. It will require a good relationship with media and creative agencies to develop integrated email and social network communications plans, to support brand and business objectives. You will also support internal and external partners from brand planning through to implementation and evaluation.
In order to succeed in this role is expected that you will have:
Experience of managing websites for a consumer business
Proven ability to analyse data and turn into actionable insights
Ability to use and manage database tools.
Able to operate with an awareness of the importance and impact that the sites have as communication tools.
Good project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and budgets.
A passion for digital media, new technologies and website developments and able to apply those insights to your work.
Ideally you will be a graduate or technically qualified.
