Incentives Campaign Manager required who is a team player with around 3 years background in incentives or marketing ideally with a good understanding of incentives. You will be someone looking for a new challenge, who will thrive in this demanding role. The role involves creating, implementing and monitoring incentive programmes, liaising with clients and designers to create a brand.

The candidate will need to be a creative-thinker, able to identify opportunities that exist to alter, adjust or adapt the company formats to suit particular groups. Good all round marketing experience including copywriting is expected. The ability to enthuse and simultaneously co ordinate a number of campaigns, whilst working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, ensuring attention to detail is maintained, deadlines are met and that the campaign fulfils its aims. Working directly with the Customer Services Manager to source appropriate rewards. Good working knowledge of CSM systems is essential. Preparation of pitch based documents and presentations. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills. You will liaise with clients and account managers to ascertain precise requirements creating, implementing and monitoring incentive campaigns. Obtaining quotations for development work, also preparing full campaign proposal and costings. General administration duties will include spreadsheet management, managing specified budgets and costs. You will obviously have excellent inter­personal, communication and influencing skills at all levels.
