Senior Packaging Designer required for a Creative Studio, who works across all categories unlocking the potential of each brand. It is focused on the creation and delivery of award winning design, working directly with the marketing teams and alongside external agencies. They believe in the value that outstanding innovation and design can bring to their brands

Capabilities

An excellent hands-on creative with the ability to inspire creative, manage people and lead a team
Track record of packaging design, yet able to 'build brands' through-the-line
Ability to act as a brand guardian and strategic brand and design consultant
A true passion for design that engages across multiple touch points
Create and deliver compelling presentations
Able to balance client needs while striving for creative excellence

Experience

Working in FMCG design environment across packaging, POP &/or sales collateral
High caliber agency background preferred.
Strategic thinker
Ability to clearly communicate and structure arguments and presentation
People manager experienced in developing and motivating designers
