Looking for a Marketing Project Management role where you can be creative, passionate, energetic?
Do you have a ‘can do’ and ‘no problem’ what the client wants the client gets, attitude?
Then this might just be the role for you!

You will need at least 2 – 3 years experience of working within a marketing project management role, with a good eye for website design and functionality. It is essential that you have CMS experience and are up to date with all general office programmes.

You will be a team player with a background in marketing and / or incentives who is looking for a new challenge and will thrive in a demanding role.

The ability to enthuse and simultaneously co ordinate a number of client incentive programmes, whilst working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, ensuring attention to detail is maintained, deadlines are met and that the incentive programme fulfils its aims. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.

Day to day, you will liaise with colleagues and client to ensure the smooth running and creation of various incentive projects. Be involved in research and proposal preparation, the management of incentives programmes including creating, implementing and monitoring incentive programmes through the company’s platform and creating microsites/websites for our clients to delivery their campaigns.

The following are essential skills and experience

Proven project management skills, possibly Prince2 trained
Keen eye for detail when creating websites for clients and experience of creating well designed and engaging websites
Previous use of online content management systems
Excellent working knowledge of Word (proposal writing), Excel (a great deal of data manipulation and reporting) and Powerpoint (preparing engaging professional presentations)
Fluency in written and oral English.
Willingness and ability to travel when requires, although the role is 95% office based.
Excellent inter¬personal, communication and influencing skills at all levels.

IT package: MS Word, Excel, Microsoft, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Various Design Packages are required. Technical knowledge of web sites would be an advantage.
