Web Designer required for a branding and web development agency, established for over 18 years, with an impressive and varied client base. They are looking for an experienced and talented Web Designer to join their web development team. As part of a multi-disciplinary creative team, working closely with our account managers and web developers, you will work to ensure brand continuity and a highly interactive and engaging user experience. You will create innovative designs for thier clients’ websites (ranging from content managed brochure sites to brand-driven retail sites and ecommerce), Flash animations and email marketing campaigns.

This role is all about designing vibrant, exciting new websites. You will have a technical understanding of HTML and CSS and the possibilities within these areas. As an ideal candidate you will have agency experience, with a portfolio of exciting web designs. You will demonstrate a strong creative bias, with well-developed user interface skills and will be able to supply technically considered designs for production by our in-house web development team. You will have client-facing experience and be able to present and explain the rationale behind your designs, plus project manage your development in conjunction with an account manager, web manager and client contact.

With a minimum of 4 years’ industry experience, you would be expected to suggest innovative and original ideas for new websites; as such, you will constantly keep yourself up to date with the latest industry developments and inspirational new sites.

In terms of software, you will have excellent skills using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver).
